Abstract 5804: Targeting methyl donor synthesis inhibits platinum-induced enrichment of ovarian cancer stem cells

Abstract: Ovarian cancer (OC) is one of the deadliest gynecologic cancers in US. Platinum (Pt)-based chemotherapy can reprogram cancer cells to ovarian cancer stem cells (OCSCs) and contribute to incurable recurrence.
