Abstract:Background: Five years of adjuvant endocrine therapy (ET) including aromatase inhibitors (AIs) and tamoxifen (TAM) is considered the standard of care in hormone receptor–positive, human epidermal growth factor–negative (HR+/HER2−) early breast cancer (eBC).
