Abstract:Background: Neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) is the standard early-stage triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) treatment. Achieving pathological complete response (pCR) is considered an essential prognostic factor with favorable long-term outcomes. Younger patients have with poorer prognosis in breast cancer.
