Abstract: Background: Aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) survivors are at high risk for poor quality of life (QoL). Standard outpatient neurologic assessment may not capture some affective and cognitive factors important for long-term QoL, and reintegration into normal social roles.
