Swiftlet nests are now among the main agricultural products exported from Malaysia. Numerous business owners have difficulties in the swiftlet nesting agricultural production, which results in significant expenditures. The study's goal is to determine how important startup company aspects are for the edible bird nest farming sector. The weighting of the start-up company characteristics will be determined through interviews with a complete of eight individuals from the intellectual, veterinarian, and enterprise worlds. The findings showed that insight on the significance of start-up business continuity planning is provided via surveys. The weighting of such start-up enterprises will be used to construct the platforms of start-up marketing elements in the edible bird nest agricultural production.

An important agricultural product exported by Malaysia is swiftlet nests. Due to its high demand many entrepreneurs venture in this industry. Hence with the bioactive ingredients and dietary values are significant in support the manufacture of medicines in EBN. However, there are a lot of entrepreneurs who unable to fulfill the request of EBN production and failed in this industry. To prevent failure in the birds' nest swiftlet ranching industry, a mathematical modelling formulation should be developed. Thus, the purpose of the research is to construct a general formulation of the start-up business index equation for the swiftlet ranching industry in Malaysia. Experts interviewed found that there were eight factors of starting a business that mattered. Based on the findings, the weightage of the start-up business factors has been used in constructing the general formulation of start-up business index function of the swiftlet ranching industry in Malaysia. Hence, we will develop the system of start-up business factors in the swiftlet birds nest ranching industry using the general formulation of the start-up business index equation.

This research focuses on the effect of emotional intelligence as a predictor between the relationship of transformational leadership style towards teachers’ organisational commitment. The purpose of the research is to examine is there any finding found between direct and indirect significant effect of transformational leadership style on teachers’ organisational commitment with emotional intelligence define as a mediator. Hundred respondents of daily secondary school teachers in Terengganu were chosen to answer the questionnaire for a pilot study. Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) need to be done to find the value of the factor loading for each item must be that greater than 0.6 which fits for the research. The data is suitable to proceed for an analysis of Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA) if the value for Kaiser Meyer Olkins (KMO) and Bartlett Test of Sphericity achieve the significant level (p < 0.05) which indices the accuracy of EFA result and the value of K should be higher than 0.60 as proposed. The reliability test needs to be done to find the value of Cronbach’s Alpha which was greater than 0.6 and must be accepted. To conclude, the suitability test of the instruments which was adapted from previous study to the population and situation of the research are admissible.
