Accessible environment as a means of ensuring the rights of persons with disabilities and as a task of the modern social state

Abstract: The article deals with a number of issues related to the essence of the modern social state, its responsibilities to ensure the ability of the entire population, including people with special needs, to exercise their rights, participate in the life of society and the state.
