Abstract: The 12-lead electrocardiographic findings in hypothermia include the presence of J waves; prolongation of the PR, QRS, and QT intervals; and atrial and ventricular dysrhythmias. Among these findings, the J wave, known as the Osborn wave, is considered pathognomonic.
