Accurate background reduction in adaptive optical 3D-STED nanoscopy by dynamic phase switching

Abstract: Stimulated emission depletion (STED) fluorescence nanoscopy allows the three-dimensional (3D) visualization of nanoscale subcellular structures, providing unique insights into their spatial organization.
