Acetylcholine Conformational Flexibility and Its Neutral Hydrolysis in Aqueous Solution

Abstract: Enzymatic hydrolysis is the main target to deal with ACh depletion. However, a recent study indicates that the nonenzymatic one may contribute to the depletion.
