Abstract:Angela Arnott, born and educated in Zambia, with post-primary schooling in Zimbabwe and tertiary in South Africa, is an education policy analyst with decades of experience working in Africa on building effective education management information systems for policy support and assessments at national, regional, and continental levels. She has worked for SADC, UIS, ADEA, and the Global e-Schools Initiative and is currently supporting the KIX 19 and 21 Hub GPE partner countries with data strategies and research.
