“…Within the above aspects of SITM, we posited eight corresponding indicators, which included "building a green landscape" [10,82], "creating a tribal landscape" [10,82], "marketing and tour guide skill", "proposal writing and historical inventory" [82], "recruiting young people", "planning cultural activities" [10], "creating secondary income" [10,21], and "creating an indigenous tourism route" [10,21] (see Table 1 and Figure 3). Under the IPA evaluation framework with solid theoretical constructs, this study examined the matrix of the I-P levels of the SITM to identify differences in perceptions of all indicators on the overall respondents and residents who wanted to change/and who did not want to change [34,59,[76][77][78][79][80][81].
