Acquired Interventricular Septal Defect

Abstract: anterior descending coronary artery was totally occluded proximally, the left circumflex was small and free of disease, and the right coronary artery was dominant with severe disease prior to the posterior descending artery.The patient was taken to surgery for emergent repair of a ventricular septal defect.
