Active Ageing and Personal Wellbeing Among Older Adults in Spain

Abstract: This essay offers a summary of personal wellbeing and describes its relationship with sociodemographic parameters and other relevant quality of life (QoL) domains, as well as its association with Active Ageing (AA).
