Aim
To describe a case of an acute attack of glaucoma due to scleral melting in the area where a trabeculectomy was previously done. This condition resulted from the blockage of the surgical opening due to an iris prolapse in an eye that was previously supplemented with mitomycin C (MMC) during a filtering surgery and bleb needling revision.
