Abstract:Effective treatment for advanced lung cancer and idiopathic interstitial pneumonia (IIP) remains an unmet medical need. The relationship between chemotherapy’s effectiveness in advanced lung cancer and the risk of acute exacerbation of IIP is poorly investigated.
