Acute hypersensitivity reactions to etoposide in a VEPA regimen for Hodgkin's disease.

Abstract: Despite this unexpectedly high incidence of hypersensitivity among Hodgkin's disease patients treated with etoposide, rechallenge with the drug was successful in 78% of cases.
