Abstract:INTRODUCTION: Guillain Barre Syndrome (GBS), is an autoimmune disorder which manifests as Polyradiculoneuropathy(1,2). Several
variants of GB have been identied of which Acute Motor Axonal Neuropathy (AMAN) and Acute Motor and Sensory Axonal Neuropathy
(AMSAN) variants mainly occur by demyelination of neurons induced by inammation.
