Acute Post-Streptococcal Glomerulonephritis without Proteinuria

Abstract: Summary: Two cases of histologically proven acute post-streptococcal glomerulonephritis presenting as congestive cardiac failure with normal blood pressure are reported. Proteinuria was not a finding. These features are discussed.
