Acute Upper Digestive Bleedings in Hospital in Bamako

Abstract: The main objective of this work was to update the data on the epidemiological, clinical, etiological and prognostic aspects of these acute upper digestive hemorrhages. It was a prospective study for a period of 11 months (from March 2013 to January 2014) at the digestive endoscopy center of Gabriel Touré University Hospital in Bamako.
