Acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding from multiple Barrett's ulcers associated with metachronous multiple colorectal carcinomas

Abstract: Although gastroesophageal reflux disease is sometimes associated with esophageal ulcer and/or mucosal erosion, acute upper gastrointestinal bleeding from an esophageal ulcer is uncommon.
