Adaptive Robust Unit Commitment of Combined-Cycle Gas-Turbine Considering Mode-Based Modeling of Carbon Capture Plant

Abstract: The power sector bears significant responsibility for achieving carbon neutrality. Low-carbon, high-flexibility generation technologies are pivotal in the generation mix of the foreseeable future.
