Adding dexmedetomidine to morphine-based analgesia reduces early postoperative nausea in patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery: A randomized controlled trial

Abstract: Purpose: Few studies have investigated the effect of dexmedetomidine on postoperative nausea and vomiting (PONV) in patients following gynecological laparoscopic surgery.
