Abstract:Syndromic constitutive thrombocytopenia encompasses a heterogeneous group of disorders characterised by quantitative and qualitative defects of platelets while featuring other malformations. Recently, heterozygous, de novo variants in RAP1B were reported in three cases of syndromic thrombocytopenia.
