Adipose Tissue as the Most Important Element Determining the Quality of Pork

Abstract: The article presents the materials of research conducted on fattening growing young pigs of large white breed, in the diet of which synthetic amino acids were used. As a result of experiments, the high efficiency of their use was confirmed. The positive effect of the use of synthetic amino acids on the formation of more optimal indicators of the chemical composition of fat is proved.
