Adipose tissue's rapid response team

Abstract: Adipose tissues function in metabolic, endocrine, and immune roles to regulate energy balance and maintain health. Adipocytes reside within adipose tissues (so-called depots) together with fibroblasts, adipose progenitors, endothelial cells, and immune cells.
