Adjunctive Agents for Cervical Preparation in Second Trimester Surgical Abortion

Abstract: Late second trimester dilation and evacuation is a challenging subset of surgical abortion. Among the reasons for this is the degree of cervical dilation required to safely extricate fetal parts.
