Adopting strategic diversification measures and organizational performance in manufacturing concerns: an empirical overview

Abstract: The study was on strategic diversification measures and organizational performance. Two research questions were raised to guide the study. The study was anchored on the cost transaction theory. Also, a sample size of 217 was determined using the right statistical formula. Findings revealed a positive relationship between product and geographical diversification on performance. Recommendations and conclusions were drawn along that line.
