Abstract: Key Words: primary aldosteronism, aldosterone-producing adenoma, idiopathic hyperaldosteronism, adre- nal venous samplingPrimary aldosteronism (PA) is a curable form of secondary hypertension, and recent studies (1-6) indicate that the incidence of PA among hypertensives is higher than previously reported.
