Advanced clinical prioritisation in an Irish, tertiary, chronic pain management service: an audit of outcomes

Abstract: Background Advanced clinical prioritisation (ACP) pathways could potentially improve the interface between primary and secondary care, instigating appropriate treatment pathways with improved efficiencies.
