Abstract:Semi-permeable Giant Unilamellar Vesicles (GUVs) are powerful tools for studying macromolecular assembly, notably liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS). Here, we present a microfluidic protocol for GUVs production, immobilization and rapid buffer exchange.
