Abstract:Bacillus licheniformis is recognised as an exceptional expression platform in biomanufacturing due to its ability to produce high-value products. Consequently, metabolic engineering of B. licheniformis is increasingly pursued to enhance its utility as a biomanufacturing vehicle.
