Abstract:Introduction: Primary dysmenorrhea refers to painful cramps experienced in the lower abdomen just before or during menstruation, without any underlying medical conditions. It affects up to 50% of females who menstruate. Women with Primary Dysmenorrhea experience a range of symptoms, including premenstrual symptoms. PMS symptoms are physical, psychological, and behavioral discomfort before periods.
