Abstract

This chapter covers recent developments in the prostaglandin and thromboxane research area, with particular focus on the medicinal chemistry aspects. Each of the receptors is discussed in turn with progress and medicinal chemistry strategies discussed for both agonists and antagonists. Clinical development compounds are highlighted.
