Agglomeration-Monitoring Method for a Fluidized Bed with Multiacoustic Sensors

Abstract: The acoustic method is sensitive to agglomerations in fluidized bed reactors; however, a single acoustic sensor is not sufficient for industrial-scale reactors with regard to size, environmental noise, and signal pollution. Therefore, a multiacoustic sensor-based monitoring approach is investigated in this study. Different agglomeration warning models are established on the basis of each separate sensor, and then information-fusion technology is introduced. In the modeling process, an early warning method for … Show more

“…e reason is that digital public art guided by visual and interactive thinking runs through the whole process of digital public art works, from conception to final presentation. However, the interaction of public art works in the traditional sense is only reflected in the final presentation of works [14,15]. It is this thinking and creative concept that gives full play to the interaction of digital public art, truly makes the participating audience become one of the "creators" of the works, and greatly shortens the distance between the public and art.…”

“…Dynamic mechanical vibration is regarded as one crucial evaluation index for safety monitoring, disaster or failure warning and human communication. 2,3,6–8,13–17 For instance, as one of the most valuable biosignals, human voice contains rich information in the time/frequency/amplitude domains, which is intimately related to remote voice control systems, 2,8,17 voice authentication, 2,8 smart industrial infrastructure, 16,17 artificial robots and the Internet of Things. 13 However, dynamic mechanical vibration often occurs in the state of a minute deformation with a tiny amplitude and high frequency (from dozens to tens of thousands of Hz), which puts forward a huge challenge to current flexible strain sensors.…”
