Abstract:Objective: The current study aimed to prepare and optimize Agomelatine (AMN) ethosomes for enhanced transdermal drug delivery.
Methods: In this study cold method was employed to manufacture the AMN-loaded ethosomes with dissimilar quantities of Phosphatidyl Choline (PC): Cholesterol: Ethanol.
