Abstract:In this paper, we investigate the performance enhancement of Multiple Input, Multiple Output, and Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (MIMO-NOMA) wireless communication systems using an Artificial Intelligence (AI) based Q-Learning reinforcement learning approach.
