Alexithymia in persons regularly engaged in wellness yoga

Abstract: The aim of the study was to describe qualitative-quantitative characteristics of alexithymia in persons regularly engaged in Wellness yoga. The study involved 62 adult subjects, grouped into two groups. The main group included people practicing Hatha yoga and Iyengar yoga, the control group included people who are not engaged in sports activities.
