Aliphatic Carboxylic Acids, Unsaturated

Abstract: The alkenoic series of carboxylic acids are obtained from such natural sources as animal tallows and greases, and vegetable, coconut, palm, and marine oils. Several have also been produced synthetically from petroleum sources.
