Arabidopsis synaptotagmin1 resides in the cortical endoplasmic reticulum, endosomes, DIMs at the PM, and plasmodesmata (PDs; Schapire et al, 2008;Minami et al, 2009;Lewis and Lazarowitz, 2010;Yamazaki et al, 2010), and regulates endocytosis and PM repair processes (Schapire et al, 2008;Yamazaki et al, 2008;Lewis and Lazarowitz, 2010).
