Abstract:Hypertension and metabolic syndrome, both of which increase with age, are multifactorial disorders. Their etiology is complex, making it challenging to isolate involved genes. This study aimed to characterize the hepatic gene expression in spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) at different ages.
