Altered metabolic landscape in IDH ‐mutant gliomas affects phospholipid, energy, and oxidative stress pathways

Abstract: Heterozygous mutations in NADP‐dependent isocitrate dehydrogenases (IDH) define the large majority of diffuse gliomas and are associated with hypermethylation of DNA and chromatin.
