Abstract:Three new putative sequences of 14‐residue peptaibols, named amazonins I–III were characterized from the endophytic fungus Trichoderma amazonicum via genome mining, high‐performance liquid chromatography coupled to high‐resolution tandem mass spectrometry (LC–MS/MS), and molecular networking.
