AMD3100 Plus G-CSF Use in Proven Poor Mobilizers in a Compassionate Use Protocol (CUP).

Abstract: AMD3100 (A), an inhibitor of SDF-1∞ binding to CXCR4, has been used alone and with G-CSF (G) to mobilize CD34+ cells from healthy volunteers and donors and from cancer patients undergoing autologous transplantation.
