Amino‐ und halogenfunktionelle Siloxititane

Abstract: Amino-di-tert-butylsilanol reacts with tetrabutoxititane in a molar ratio of 2:1 to give di-n-butoxi(bis(di-tert-butyl-n-butoxi)siloxi)titane, (C 4 H 9 OSi(CMe 3 ) 2 -O) 2 Ti(OC 4 H 9 ) 2 (1), and lithiumdi-tert-butylchlorosilanolate in a molar ratio of 3:1 to give n-butoxi-(tris(di-tert-butyl-n-butoxi)siloxi)titane, (H 9 C 4 OSi(CMe 3 ) 2 -O) 3 Ti-OC 4 H 9 (2).
