Ammonia‐Sensing Using a Composite of Graphene Oxide and Conducting Polymer (Phys. Status Solidi RRL 5/2018)

Abstract: The performance of a room‐temperature (300 K) ammonia (NH3) sensor is investigated in article no. http://doi.wiley.com/10.1002/pssr.201800037. The sensor is based on the organic/inorganic Schottky diode between poly (3,4‐ethylenedioxythiophene):poly (styrenesulfonate) (PEDOT:PSS):graphene oxide (GO) and n‐type GaAs.
