“…Specifically, by labeling an electroactive substance or enzyme on an antigen or antibody, the concentration of the antigen or antibody in the sample can be indirectly measured by monitoring the current change caused the reaction of the substrate of the electroactive substance or the enzyme catalyzed reaction between the immobilized biomolecule and the biomolecule in the solution.
