Amphiphilic Cyclodextrin-Based Liquid Crystals for Proton Conduction

Abstract: Novel cyclodextrin (CD)-based amphiphilic poly­(carboxylic acid)­s that self-assemble into highly ordered smectic liquid crystalline mesophases were investigated as a novel class of protonic conductors.
