Abstract:Polarization calibration (PolCal) is necessary for the quantitative application of polarimetric SAR data. The classic PolCal methods rely on corner reflectors (CRs) to calculate parameters, but the deployment of CRs is extremely expensive and they cannot even be deployed in complex terrains.
