An Adaptive Topology Optimization Strategy for GNSS Inter-satellite Network

Abstract: Inter satellite link (ISL) is an effective way for the global navigation satellite system (GNSS) to reduce its dependence on ground infrastructure, which guarantees constellation orbit determination and satellite communication.
