An Alternative Methodology for Determination of Cephamycin C from Fermentation Broth

Abstract: Cephamycin C is a β-lactam antibiotic used as a raw material in several commercial antibiotics. The production and purification process of this antibiotic requires a fast, simple and accurate method to quantify it.
